Standard Rates (for businesses without an Agreement)
Tier1 - $125/ hour during regular business hours, one hour minimum, plus travel time
Tier2 - $150/ hour during regular business hours, one hour minimum, plus travel time
Tier3 - $200/ hour during regular business hours, one hour minimum, plus travel time
Standard After Hours Rates (for businesses without an After Hours Service Level Agreement)
$350/ hour outside of regular business, one hour minimum, plus travel time
FlexRates™ (for businesses with an Agreement)
With a service agreement you can save money with our FlexRate™ as your company grows. With a Yellow Wood IT service agreement we like to award you for allowing us the privilege of working more and choosing us over our competitors. Our FlexRate™ is our way of giving back by lowering our monthly rates automatically saving you money.
Example of FlexRate™: If your company signs a level ONE service agreement your hourly rate will be $105/hour, if for good reason we provide more support hours in any given month your billed rate for the month will be lowered as hours move you from one level to the next.
